I am a Chemistry Professor at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon USA. I can't imagine a better profession than being a scientist and a professor. I can't imagine a better sport than volleyball, and I can't imagine a better use of enzymes, alpha acids, sugars and yeast, than beer. Give me a pint of good beer, and I'll battle irrationality all day.
